I am privileged to facilitate a program called Lead Council. The program is offered in public schools and is designed to encourage and foster students who have influence with their peers to take leadership seriously. I believe that if a person is gifted in leadership they carry a huge responsibility. Leadership is a gift and should be appreciated and honed. One of the characteristics I most value in leaders is their ability to appreciate and celebrate the successes of others.
