Dr. Ashby

Click here and please take a moment to read this article about one of my heroes, Dr. Wendell Ashby and his wife, Tina. I have known the Ashby’s for more than 2 decades and have such great love and admiration for both of them. Dr. Ashby was a gentle, unassuming man who believed in life and life to the fullest and defended and held it in high esteem through his last breath. I know few people who loved his family as deeply as Dr. Ashby did and who was as intentional about making memories with each of them. I will never forget his kindness toward me and his service toward the ministry of CareNet that literally changed the course of our ministry and meant life to thousands of babies. Dr. Ashby, thank you for all that you did for the Kingdom and the cause of Christ. You are a real life hero and we will miss you. Save me a seat!!
