As I sit here this moment, I have taken the biggest “out of the boat” leap, yet.  The Lord told us to step out, take courage, and believe Him about 9-months ago and that is just what we did.  We purchased a building that is in downtown Amarillo and twice the size of our main office.  The price tag was enough to make me faint and the work it needed was ominous.

But it wasn’t the building…it was the land.  You see, I am sitting in a building that a few months ago belonged to Planned Parenthood.  He asked us to get out of the boat, step into this storm so that He could redeem a place.  He is exchanging fear for peace; despair for hope, life for death.

He is a God of His Word and we can trust Him.  Where is He asking you to step out and follow Him?  What land would He like to redeem in your family? With your teen?  I can tell you the first couple steps over the side of the boat are the scariest…but once you get your footing, He may even take you for a jog!!
