Thank you for joining me again on my blog.  I have been sharing with you about the CareNet Banquet recently on March 9, 2017.  Please see the first four posts in this series. I wouldn’t want you to miss a thing!  Today is the last post in this series–what is your part of the wall?

He calls you a repairer of the breach…when we started talking about the breach in the wall, the question that I posed to you was what portion of the wall is my responsibility?

Chapter 3 of Nehemiah is a beautiful passage, it brings tears to my eyes just to read it…it lists wall builders by name, saying simply, they built the wall in front of them.

You stand in front of a breach…will you build and fight alongside of us, alongside of the next generation…to rebuild ruins?

It really is as simply as you using the resources the Lord has provided you, to shore up the breach in front of you.  Maybe your resource is time…we need you to pray for us and most importantly we need you to come and serve.  Volunteer, teach a class, join the speaking team…I know something deep inside you wants to take an offensive posture against the kingdom of darkness…will you help us take the fight to the enemy?

Maybe your resource is influence, if you know people that we need to know, please come and have lunch and let’s visit.

For many of you, your resource is financial…will you give?  There is no fee for any service or program we provide.  We are 100% dependent on our family, you, to love and support those we are privileged to serve.

The bottom line, when you repair the breach in front of you…you enable the person next to you to shore up the broken wall they face which enables the next person to rebuild ruin and before you know it we have a strong wall of hope, truth, and grace.

The next generation can put their hands on it and it give them the freedom to chase hard after Him in freedom and security…hemmed in, encouraged, and empowered.

We will build a city of hope, one stone at a time.
